6 Week Kick Starter -
STARTING 1st NOVEMBER
Our 6-week kick starter programme designed to help you get started with exercise and help you hit those health & fitness goals.
This programme is great if you are a complete beginner or even if you are looking at getting some structure and routine to your current exercise programme.
We have a weekly timetable of workouts for you to follow in your own time via our training app, these can be done at home or in the gym and will use minimal equipment such as a set of dumbbells.
You will also have a group for meal ideas but also to chat, motivate and support others that are also on the kick starter programme as well as personal check-ins for me.
