Our circuit classes are a great way to get your exercise.

Each class is different but all are focused around using weights.

We keep them friendly, fun & simple but make sure you are working to get results.

Classes run in 6 week blocks and are held at a private gym in Chelmsford (CM3 3FY) and are limited to 5 people only.
