1-1 Personal Training

My role as a personal trainer is to create fitness programmes for my clients, motivating and guiding them to achieve their goals. This includes teaching correct exercise technique and supporting in making lifestyle changes.

Personal training sessions are an hour long and is time set aside just for YOU. A chance for you to spend some time focusing on yourself and what you want to achieve.

All sessions are held at a private gym facility in Chelmsford, Essex (CM3) or Ongar, Essex (CM5)
