I provide tailored nutrition guidance to help you achieve your goals—whether that’s losing weight, building strength, or optimising performance for your sport.
With experience working alongside football clubs, I’ve supported players with nutrition strategies for training, match days, and overall performance.
In the boxing world, I’ve delivered workshops and resources to clubs, guiding athletes on nutrition during training and fight camps, and have worked one-on-one with fighters to help them safely make weight for competition.
No matter your goal or sport, I offer practical, evidence-based advice designed to fit your lifestyle and help you perform at your best.
I can work with clubs to deliver workshops and resources or with individuals on a 1-1 basis. For in person services I cover Essex & London, for those outside of those areas I offer a online service.
